Increase of fees and charges for the use of heliports and airports as of January 1st, 2023

Mittarfeqarfiit hereby announces that the fees and charges for the use of heliports and airports, will increase as of January 1st, 2023.

Despite the prices have remained unchanged in the last two years, the general rising inflation has unfortunately affected Mittarfeqarfiit to raise prices of the fees and charges by 2.2%, according to the consumer price index of Statistics Greenland.

The rising inflation have meant a general increase in price levels of Mittarfeqarfiits external costs, which is beyond the company’s control.

Mittarfeqarfiit’s management has emphasized not to raise the prices more than necessary. Despite higher inflation in countries of important business partners, in connection with procurement, Mittarfeqarfiit have found a general increase in prices of 2,2% to be suitable.
